Do I need to book or buy a ticket?

No tickets needed.

Just join the waitlist and we’ll contact you when the next tasting event is happening.

What happens at the tasting events?

You’ll get to try a curated selection of food we serve in the café — often including our artisan French cheeses and seasonal bites. It’s a relaxed way to explore new flavours

Can I bring someone with me?

Yes, you’re welcome to bring anyone. Just let us know on the form how many people might come with you so we can be sure to save them a spot too.

Where do the events take place?

Right here in our café in Trim.

We transform the space for a relaxed evening of tastings — no need to travel far.

Can I taste something and then buy it at the event?

Yes. If you like something, we’ll cut exactly the amount you want and wrap it in our wax cheese paper so it stays fresh and fragrant all the way home.
